How many Is the moq?

The minimum order quantity is 100 pcs (10 pcs per color)

What Should I prepare to start business with you?

You need to prepare:

  1. The design of the items.
  2. Deciding what kind of skin you want us to use for your order.
  3. Deciding what kind of lining you want us to use for the inside items.
  4. The accessories. If you don’t have any accessories provider, we can provide you the good quality accessories.
  5. The size of the items.
  6. The quantity (need to follow or more than the moq).
  7. The label of your brand that will be put on the items.

Can we meet to discuss the order?

We definitely can. Please inform us the further information about the meeting by email.

What type of costs are involved?

All the price include

  1. Skin material.
  2. Lining.
  3. Accessories. (if the buyer don’t have any accessories provided)
  4. Labels. (if the buyer don’t have any label provider)
  5. Process making.
  6. Quality Control.
  7. Cites.
  8. Cargo utilities for shipment. (Packaging or packing)
  9. Import Duty.


Do you have any offline store?

Currently we only have the online store.

Are your items ready stock?

Yes the items are ready stock.

Are your items manufactured yourself?

Yes they are. We manufactured our products executively for our brand.

I haven’t got my order, it has been late for couple days. Where is my order?

The most reason of the tardiness is from the courier. Because we always prepare the shipment right away after your payment confirmation. Please check your email and click the courier url provided to see your order status.

I have received my package. Unfortunately, there is some defect in the product. What should I do?

You can return the items or products to us by sending us an email to ego@chidehafu.com. Please email us with; RETURN as the title. Put your order number and reason for return along with clear picture of said defect.

Will the sold out items be back in stock?

You can contact us to restock the item.

Can I do the payment using credit card?

We currently don’t accept payment by credit card.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes we do.

I made an order but I forgot to check out and the items that I want are out of stock. Can I order those items again?

If you haven’t checked out, your order has not saved in our system. You cant order the items unless its back in stock.

How can I track my order?
