  1. The item(s) beyond the 5-days from the date you received cant be returned.
  2. Shipping is chargeable (courier,taxes,duties). Its not our responsibility to refund the expenses for the return and exchange.
  3. Items that will be returned are new, unused, with the EGO tags attached.
  4. We accept all kind of courier.
  5. We don’t provide pick-up courier.
  6. We will personally inform you by email when the parcel has reach to our wearhouse. The time estimation for the parcel to reach the wearhouse depends on the courier you use.
  7. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.

We'll get in touch with you once we receive your item back at our warehouse and again after it goes through our Quality Check (QC) team. Only items that pass our QC check are eligible for refunds or exchanges.

Afterwards, we will send you by email about the information of your refund. We will also attach the url of the courier in the email so you could track back your items.
